Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o vývoji spotřebních úvěrů v bankovním i nebankovním sektoru na území ČR od roku 1993 a dále také o současné nabídce spotřebních úvěrů. V teoretické části se soustřeďuji na banku v obecném slova smyslu, právní úpravu a bankovní produkty. V další kapitole se věnuji spotřebním úvěrům. Jejich charakteristice, členění, právní úpravě. I analyze the consumer credits development in the Czech Republic since the year 1993. In the theoretical part I focus on banks in general, legal regulations and banking products. In the next part I describe the consumer credits, their characteristics, types and legal regulations.
