Práce se zaměřuje na aktuálně se stále vyvíjející téma náhrady újmy na zdraví v souvislosti s poskytováním zdravotních služeb. Cílem této práce je rozbor právní úpravy s důrazem na způsob výpočtu odškodňování nemajetkové újmy. The main goal of this thesis is analysis of law adjustment with emphasize on the form of calculation personal injury compensation.
