Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhotovení návrhu konstrukce pádového zkušebního stavu, který by měl nahradit zastaralý a do jisté míry nefunkční model. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části. Teoreticko-metodologickou a Aplikační. V Teoreticko-metodologické části je popsáno laboratorní testování automobilových součástek a je zde provedena analýza dostupné literatury. V Aplikační části je poté za pomoci této literatury vypracována analýza výroby nového testovacího stavu. Ten nahradí starou verzi, která má spoustu chyb. Výsledkem analýzy je konstrukce nového pádového zkušebního stavu, který bude eliminovat chyby původního stavu.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of the design of the drop test stand, which should replace the outdated and to some extent non-functional model. The work is divided into two basic parts. Theoretical-methodological and Application. The theoretical-methodological part describes the laboratory testing of automotive components and analyzes the available literature. In the Application part, with the help of this literature, an analysis of the production of a new test condition is developed. This will replace the old version which has a lot of bugs. The result of the analysis is the construction of a new drop test stand, which will eliminate the errors of the original stand.
