Práce se zabývá právní vědou v období let 1948 – 1989. Téma je v rámci práce rozděleno na dvě části, obecnou a zvláštní. V obecné části je nastíněna ve stručnosti situace těsně po únoru 1948, následuje popis právnické dvouletky, období uvolněné diskuze v 60. letech, sovětská okupace a normalizační doba. This work deals with the theory of law between 1948 and 1989. The structure of this work divides the topic in two parts: general and special. The general part briefly depicts the situation following February 1948, and continues with the description of the legal biennial, the period of more relaxed discussion in 1960s, Soviet occupation and the period of normalization.
