Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá tím, zda byla směrnice 93/13/EHS náležitě implementována do vnitrostátní právní úpravy. Směrnice je interpretována ve světle relevantních rozsudků Soudního dvora EU. Práce je především věnována interpretaci jednotlivých článků směrnice 93/13/EHS a dále je věnován prostor zkoumání, jak se jednotlivé články promítly do vnitrostátní právní úpravy. This rigorous thesis focuses on the fact whether directive 93/13/EEC was appropriately implemented into the national law system. The directive is interpreted with respect to relevant case law of the Court of Justice of the EU.
