Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím 3D rakovinných buněčných kultur. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Cílem teoretické části je podat ucelený přehled o buněčných kulturách. Tento přehled je rozdělen na popis 2D a 3D buněčných kultur a jejich porovnání. Teoretická část dále popisuje rakovinné sféroidy. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is aimed at the usage of the 3D cancer cell cultures. It is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to give a comprehensive overview of cell cultures. This overview is divided into the description of 2D and 3D cell cultures and their comparison.
