Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na pokroky v diagnostice a terapii Wilsonovy choroby. První část práce je věnována mědi samotné a jejímu osudu v lidském těle. Dále jsou shrnuty obecné informace o tomto onemocnění, formy manifestace a hlavní klinické příznaky. V druhé části je věnována pozornost diagnostice a terapii onemocnění. This bachelor thesis deals with the progress in diagnostics and therapy of Wilson´s disease. The first part of the thesis focuses only on copper and its destiny in the human body. Next there is presented general information about the disease, the forms of manifestation and main clinical symptoms. The second part specifies diagnostics and therapy of the disease.
