Phacopteronidae Heslop-Harrison, 1958 (1906) je jednou z menších a dosud málo známých čeledí mer (Insecta: Hemiptera: Psylloidea). Tato disertační práce se zabývá revizí její systematiky a taxonomie a vyhodnocuje dostupné údaje, týkající se hostitelských rostlin a rozšíření jednotlivých druhů. The Phacopteronidae Heslop-Harrison, 1958 (1906) is one of the smaller and so far little known families of Psylloidea. This dissertation thesis reviews its systematics and taxonomy and examines available host-plant and distributional data.
