Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je „Financování podnikatelského subjektu“. Práce je rozdělena do 2 hlavních částí. V první části nastiňuji teoretická východiska a v druhé části a jejích podkapitolách se již přímo věnuji vybrané konkrétní společnosti. V první podkapitole praktické části provádím analýzu odvětví, ve kterém daná společnost podniká. Následně charakterizuji vybranou společnost, její obchodní partnery a postavení na trhu. V další části analyzuji finanční data společnosti a provádím jejich srovnání v čase a zhodnocení. V poslední části vyhodnocuji možnosti financování dané společnosti, provádím její SWOT analýzu a uvádím celkové shrnutí finanční kondice dané společnosti s určitými doporučeními pro její další stabilní vývoj. Podklady pro zpracování této práce byly získány z odborné literatury, rozhovorů s majiteli společnosti, internetových zdrojů a z vlastních znalostí hodnotícího procesu finančního zdraví firem. Cílem mé práce je zanalyzovat a vyhodnotit celkovou finanční situaci společnosti včetně zohlednění dané makroekonomické situace a následně na základě tohoto zhodnocení posoudit možné způsoby financování dané společnosti. Výstupem mé práce je pak soubor doporučení a závěrů ke zvýšení efektivity finančního zdraví dané společnosti.

Abstract:

The title of my diploma thesis is “The analysis of financing of business company”. My thesis is divided into 2 main parts. The theoretical bases are described in the first part. In the second part and its sub-chapters I described the concrete company directly. I made the sector analysis of the company in the first sub-chapters. I characterized the company, its business partners and its market position subsequently. The complete analysis of the company’s figures and their progression in time is provided in the next part. In the last part I described the possibilities of financing of this company, presented SWOT analysis and the total summary of the current financial condition of the company with recommendations for its other stable development. The data I have used for elaborating this thesis were gained from the professional literature, interview with the owners, the internet sources and my own knowledge of the assessment process of the company’s financial condition. Goal of my thesis is analysis and assessment of overall financial situation of the company regarding respective macroeconomic situation and assessment of possible way of financing based on above mentioned assessment. Final result of my thesis is package of recommendations and conclusions leading to increase effectiveness and financial health of respective company.
