V mojej bakalárskej práci sa zaoberám teoretickými aspektami zakladateľskej zmluvy,ako aj stanov akciovej spoločnosti. Rozoberám obsahové náležitosti dokumentu, ktorým sa zakladá akciová spoločnosť. Bližšie tieto náležitosti popisujem a definujem. Dôležitým úkonom je aj založenie spoločnosti , ktoré je nevyhnutnou súčasťou pri tvorbe zakladateľskej zmluvy.
