Abstract:
Diplomová práce na téma Analýza personálních činností ve společnosti Sigma Group, a.s. pojednává o jednotlivých personálních činnostech, jako je plánování, získávání, adaptace, odměňování a motivace, vzdělávání a udržení si stávajících zaměstnanců. Cílem je zmapovat spokojenost zaměstnanců společnosti s úrovní motivace a odměňování.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis topic is Analysis of personal activities in Sigma Group, Inc. It deals with individual personnel activities, such as planning, acquiring, adaptation, remuneration and motivation, education and retaining of existing staff. The aim is to map the satisfaction of employees with the level of motivation and rewarding.
