Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou registrace léčiv v Evropské unii, dozorem nad výrobou a podáváním léčiv, mezinárodní i evropskou harmonizací registrace, lékovými trhy a souvisejícími problémy. Cílem této práce je analyzovat současnou právní úpravu tématu v Evropské unii a srovnat ji s úpravou jiných světových trhů, převážně s úpravou ve Spojených státech amerických.
