Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracování recentních literárních zdrojů na téma Imunologické biomarkery neurodegenerativních onemocnění a také shrnutí výsledků vlastního výzkumu, který by měl, ve spolupráci se společností Vidia spol. s.r.o., Vestec, Česká republika vést k vyvinutí diagnostické metody pro rutinní diagnostiku vybraných neurodegenerativních onemocnění z krve. Experimentální část diplomové práce probíhala v Národním ústavu duševního zdraví v Klecanech, Česká republika pod vedením RNDr. Jana Říčného, CSc. Séra pacientů s neurodegenerativními nemocemi jsme pomocí metody ELISA testovali na přítomnost autoprotilátek proti vybraným antigenům u následujících neurodegenerativních chorob: Alzheimerovy choroby (AN), frontotemporální lobární degenerace (FTLD), vaskulární demence (VD) a Parkinsonovy demence (PD). Výsledky pokusů jsou uvedeny v experimentální části diplomové práce. V první části diplomové práce jsou zpracovány informace z recentní literatury, především z mezinárodních zdrojů, týkající se neurodegenerativních autoimunitních onemocnění a jejich diagnostiky ve spojení se studovaných oborem. Dále jsou uvedeny role autoimunitních procesů v průběhu těchto onemocnění, a také nejběžněji sledované biomarkery

Abstract:

This master thesis brings information from the recent literature on the topic of Autoimmune biomarkers of neurodegenerative diseases and also describes the results of our own research, which should lead to the development of a diagnostic method for routine diagnosis of selected neurodegenerative diseases. The research took place at the National Institute of Mental Health in Klecany, Czech republic under the kind leadership of RNDr. Jan Říčný, CSc. and in cooperation with the company Vidia spol. s.r.o. Vestec, Czech republic. Sera of patient´s with neurodegenerative disorders were tested for the presence of autoantibodies against the selected antigens in presented disorders: Alzheimer's disease (AD), frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD), vascular dementia (VD) and Parkinson's dementia (PD). Our results are presented in the experimental part of the thesis. In the first part of this master's thesis, the recent information, mostly from the international literature, regarding the neurodegenerative diseases and its diagnostics is presented, as same as the role of the autoimmune response and most common biomarkers.
