Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem a optimalizací metody kapalinové chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí pro simultánní stanovení kyseliny močové a alantoinu v suché kapce krve. První část se věnuje popisu kyseliny močové a alantoinu. Dále je popsána technika odběru suché kapky krve a kapalinová chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí. This diploma thesis comprises developing and optimizing a liquid chromatography method with mass detection for simultaneous determination of uric acid and allantoin in a dried blood spot.
