The aim of the thesis “Formation of the Company Strategy Using Stakeholder Approach” is a synthesis of a strategic analysis using stakeholder approach in the company strategy formation. In the theoretical part the used analyses are explained and traditional approach is compared to stakeholder approach with the intention to create an applicable methodolo-gy.
