Cílem bakalářské práce je posouzení investičních nákladů, které jsou potřeba vynaložit na modernizaci bytové jednotky a zjištění, jaký vliv má modernizace bytové jednotky na její tržní hodnotu. Dle propočtu a kalkulací všech investic do daného bytu zjistíme, jak bude ovlivněna její budoucí hodnota. The aim of my bachelor’s thesis is to assess the investment costs that need to be spent on the modernization of the apartments, and to determine what effect the modernization of the apartments has on its market value.
