Optimization of steps to isolate proteins binding plant telomeric sequence by a GENECAPP approach
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme shrnutí poznatků týkajících se telomer a telomerových proteinů. Dále se zde zabýváme optimalizací metody, díky které by jsme měli být schopni vyizolovat a identifikovat rostlinné telomerové proteiny vážící se in vivo na telomerickou DNA.
Abstract:
In this work we deal with a summary of findings related to telomeres and telomeric proteins. Furthermore, we are concerned with optimizing the methods through which we should be able to identify and isolate plant telomeric proteins binding in vivo on telomeric DNA.
