Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám minulým a současným stavem vývoje těhotenství, mateřské a rodičovské dovolené. Zaměření je převážně z pohledu pracovního práva. Mým hlavním cílem této práce je podrobná analýza současné právní úpravy.
Abstract:
In my thesis I deal with the past and present state of development of pregnancy, maternity and parental leave. The focus is mainly from the perspective of labor law. My main goal of this work is a detailed analysis of current legislation.
