Diplomová práce shrnuje problematiku nakládání s odpady ze zdravotnických zařízení, hodnotí současný stav vyprodukovaných odpadů ze zdravotnických zařízení a porovnává produkci odpadů z nemocnic Kutná Hora a Havlíčkův Brod.  Problematika nakládání s odpady ve zdravotnických zařízeních zahrnuje třídění, shromažďování, skladování a konečné odstranění odpadů produkovaných na jednotlivých odděleních. The thesis summarizes the problematics of waste disposal of medical institutions, evaluates the current situation of the waste produced by medical institutions and compares the waste production from the hospitals in Kutná Hora and Havlíčkův Brod.
