Práce se zabývá procesem IPO a analýzou výnosnosti akcií po IPO v různých časových intervalech, zejména během prvního roku po uskutečnění veřejné nabídky akcií. Cílem je poskytnout investorům analýzu výnosnosti akcií během prvního dne obchodování a v dalších intervalech v letech 1991–2022 na rozsáhlém datovém souboru za využití statistických metod. This paper examines the IPO process and the analysis of post-IPO stock returns at various time intervals, particularly during the first year after the IPO. The objective is to provide investors with an analysis of stock returns during the first day of trading and other intervals from 1991–2022 on a large dataset using statistical methods.
