Exercise therapy in obese women. Comparsion of the effect of home walking training and organized group exercise on transport system

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo porovnat vliv domácího tréninku chůzí (soubor A) a organizovaného skupinového tréninku (soubor B) u obézních žen na stupeň obezity a funkci kardiorespiračního aparátu (transportního systému). Pacientky absolvovaly na začátku i na konci 12 týdenního pohybového programu antropometrická a zátěžová vyšetření. Dosažené výsledky byly hodnoceny v rámci obou souborů i mezi oběma soubory. Výsledky dokazují, že v souboru A nebyl prokázán pozitivní vliv na antropometrické parametry, u parametrů transportního systému došlo k jejich nesignifikantnímu zlepšení. V souboru B se signifikantně snížily antropometrické hodnoty, k signifikantnímu zlepšení došlo u některých hodnot transportního systému. Výraznějších změn antropometrických hodnot i transportního systému bylo dosaženo u souboru B proti souboru A.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the effect of individual walking training (group A) and group exercise therapy (group B) on obesity and cardiorespiratory transport system. Women of both groups completed 12 weeks of training program, before and after it the antropometric and spiroegrometric examination were carried out. The results were evaluated within both groups and between them. The results show that in group A the positive effect on antropometric parameters were not documented, in transport system parameters non significant positive changes were achieved. In group B significant decrease of antropometric and in part of transport system parameters were achieved.
