Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá daňovou optimalizací, a to institutem spolupracujících osob, která spočívá v rozdělení příjmů a výdajů na spolupracující osobu. Při využití spolupráce jsou zohledněny dopady na daňovou povinnost těchto osob, dále na sociální pojištění a zároveň zdravotní pojištění. Také jsou řešeny dopady na důchodové aspekty. Teoretické poznatky z literární rešerše jsou aplikovány na modelových příkladech. Na základě jejich propočtu je stanoveno, zda dochází rozdělením příjmů a výdajů k úspoře či nikoliv, případně v jaké situaci nastává úspora nejvyšší. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny obecné situace, kdy je pro podnikatele výhodné využít právě institutu spolupracujících osob.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with tax optimization, namely the institute of cooperating persons, which consists in the division of income and expenses per cooperating person. The use of cooperation considers the effects on the tax liability of these persons, as well as on social insurance and health insurance. The pension implications are also addressed. Theoretical insights from the literature search are applied to model examples. On the basis of their calculations, it is determined whether or not there is a saving by splitting income and expenditure, or in which situation the saving is highest. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis, general situations are presented in which it is advantageous for entrepreneurs to use the institute of cooperating persons.
