Jádrem této diplomové práce je koncept Homo sacer, jehož autorem je italský filozof Giorgio Agamben, který definoval Homo sacer jako člověka, jehož život může být ukončen bez hrozby trestu, ale nelze ho nábožensky obětovat. Abstract:
The core of this diploma thesis is a concept called Homo sacer created by the Italian philosopher Giorgio Agamben. He defined Homo sacer as a person, whose life can be taken with impunity, but cannot be sacrificed religiously.
