Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu likvidace obchodní korporace se zaměřením na její praktický návod. Cílem bakalářské práce je zachytit celý proces likvidace, vymezit její základní části a podat chronologický a přesný popis všech jejích nezbytných kroků. Součástí bakalářské práce je i praktický příklad celého procesu likvidace fiktivní obchodní korporace, včetně vypracovaných dokumentů.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the liquidation of a business corporation with an focus orientation to the practical guidance. The aim of the thesis is to capture the entire liquidation process, define its basic parts and to give a chronological and accurate description of its essential steps.
