Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je složena ze dvou částí (teoretické a empirické), teoretická část popisuje psychickou a fyzickou zátěž. Jako metoda průzkumu bylo zvoleno dotazníkové šetření. Cílem bylo zjistit míru psychické a fyzické zátěže všeobecných sester. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis consist of two parts (theoretical and empirical). The theoretical part describe mental and physical stress. As a survey method a questionnaire survey was selected. The aim was to determine the level of psychological and physical burden so badly, and the personnel occupation during the work shift was considered sufficient.
