Práce si klade za cíl analyzovat daňovou optimalizaci a pokusit se nalézt a vymezit její hranice v souvislosti se zásadou zákazu zneužití práva, dále co je považováno za zneužití práva a co již nikoli, jelikož hranice je velmi tenká a v čase může být i hranicí proměnlivou. Abstract:
The main goal of the diploma thesis is to describe tax optimiza-tion and try to find the limit of such optimization in scope of the abuse of rights, what is abuse and what is already not because the limit can be blurry and variable.
