Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou společného jmění manželů jako jednou z forem vlastnictví, které je upraveno platným občanským zákoníkem. Problematika nejprve zahrnuje historické kořeny právní úpravy a stanovení současných právních předpisů, které pojednávají o majetkových vztazích manželů. The Bachelor's thesis concentrates on the area of joint property of a married couple as one of the ownership forms, which is being regulated by the Civil Code in the current wording.
