Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty oceňované nemovité věci v Karviné ke dni 1. 2. 2021. Oceňovaný objekt zahrnuje pozemek, na něm stojící rodinný dům a příslušenství, které je tvořeno garáží, venkovními úpravami a porosty. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine market value of valued real estate in Karviná on 1th February 2021. Valuated unit includes land, house and accessories, what is garage, landscaping and vegetation.
