Abstract:
Diplomová práce kapitálové společnosti, jejich jednotlivé orgány a podmínky vzniku společností. Dále se podrobněji zaměřuje na jejich zánik. Je několik možných způsobů zániku společnosti, jako jsou likvidace či konkurs, to vše je v práci uvedeno i příklad možné záchrany upadající společnosti v podobě reorganizace.
Abstract:
Thesis Capital Company, their respective authorities and the conditions of society. Furthermore, a closer focus on their demise. There are several possible ways of extinction, such as liquidation or bankruptcy, it is all working out as an example of a rescuing failing companies in the form of reorganization.
