Synthesis and reactions of phenanthrylene-ethynylidene macrocycles

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá syntézou a reakcemi 3,6-fenanthrylenového makrocyklu. Literární část je zaměřena na nejdůležitější informace o 3,6-fenantrylenových makrocyklech, jejich vlastnostech a metodách jejich přípravy, zejména coupling reakcích terminálních alkynů, které jsou častými linkery těchto makrocyklů.. Literární část seznamuje čtenáře s tématem, aby pochopil experimentální část a diskuzi. Experimentální část popisuje detailně syntézu makrocyklu tvořeného třemi 9,10-bis(hexyloxy)-3,6-fenanthrylenovými jednotkami navzájem spojenými ethynylide-novými můstky. Diskuze je zaměřena na popsání důležitých bodů syntézy a výsledků provedených experimentů.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with synthesis and reactions of 3,6-phenanthrylene-ethynylidene macrocycle. Theoretical part covers the most important information about phenanthrylene macrocycles, their basic properties, and main methods of their synthesis, particularly coupling reactions of terminal alkynes that were frequently used as macrocycle linkers. Experimental chapter describes in detail the synthesis of a macrocycle that consist of three 9,10-bis(hexyloxy)-3,6-phenanthrylene units connected with ethynylidene linkers. Discussion is focused on important parts of the synthesis and results of experiments that were carried out.
