Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců ve zdravotnictví. Součástí práce je objasnění základních pojmů motivace a možností, které lze aplikovat v pracovním prostředí. Další část je věnována tématu odměňování a nástrojům, kterými lze zaměstnance odměnit. The thesis is focused on the issues of motivation and remuneration of employees in health care.
