Abstract:
Práce se věnuje vývoji sítnicových změn makulární oblasti po nekomplikované operaci katarakty, kde dochází k indukovanému edému sítnice. Retinální edém je v časovém horizontu půl roku po operaci opakovaně detekován pomocí optické koherentní tomografie a změny tloušťky sítnice jsou statisticky vyhodnoceny a srovnány se souborem očí bez operace. The paper deals with the changes in macular thickness after an uncomplicated cataract surgery, where the surgery-induced edema occurs. The patients were clinically assessed with optical coherence tomography examination to detect retinal thickness changes during the period of six months.
