Abstract:
Fytoestrogeny jsou rozmanitá skupina rostlinných polyfenolů, které jsou schopné aktivovat estrogenové receptory. Převážnou většinu přijímá lidské tělo potravou a to rostlinou ale i živočišnou. O vlivu fytoestrogenů na lidský organismus je vedena řada studií, nicméně mnohé výsledky jsou nejednotné. Phytoestrogens are a diverse group of vegetable polyphenols capable of activating estrogenic receptors. Overwhelming majority is taken in by the human body in the form of food, both - vegetable and animal.
