The main intention of my Bachelor’s thesis is to describe the meaning and principles of deposit protection and conditions for deposit protection system in the Slovak Republic. I pursue the importance and implementation of the deposit protection system in praxis. Hlavnou témou mojej bakalárskej práce je popísať význam a princípy ochrany vkladov a podmienky systému ochrany vkladov v Slovenskej republike. Cieľom mojej práce je popísať význam a aplikáciu systému ochrany vkladov v praxi. Vychádzam zo zákona č. 118/1996 Z. z. o ochrane vkladov, ktorý je plne kompatibilný so smernicou Európskej Únie a zo všeobecných podmienok vyplácania náhrad. Praktická aplikácia …more
