Employee satisfaction with working environment at SAP Services s.r.o.

Abstract:

Hlavní tematikou této práce je spokojenost zaměstnanců s pracovním prostředím a jeho dílčími faktory. Cílem práce je analýza spokojenosti s dílčími faktory pracovního prostředí v rámci finančního oddělení centra sdílených služeb SAP Services s.r.o. V první řadě je popsán vztah mezi pracovní spokojeností a faktory pracovního prostředí, které jsou následně rozčleněny na faktory dílčí, s důrazem na faktory fyzické. V praktické části je pak analyzována spokojenost s dílčími faktory v rámci oddělení pomocí sběru dat a to jak kvantitativního pomocí dotazníkového šetření, tak kvalitativního výzkumu v podobě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Na základě získaných dat je poskytnut náhled na odlišné názory, zkoumány jednotlivé souvislosti mezi odpověďmi a především zdůrazněny vnímané mezery v pracovním prostředí a hledány jejich možná řešení.

Abstract:

The main topic of this thesis is employee satisfaction with the work environment and its partial factors. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the satisfaction with the partial factors of the work environment within the financial department of the shared service center SAP Services s.r.o. Firstly, the relationship between work satisfaction and work environment factors is described, which is then subdivided into partial factors, with an emphasis on physical factors. In the practical part of the thesis, the satisfaction with the partial factors within the department is analyzed by means of data collection, both quantitative through questionnaire survey and qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews. Based on the data obtained, it is possible to look at different points of view, examine connections between individual answers and highlight the perceived gaps in the working environment and find their possible solutions.
