Growth manifestations of sycamore maple (Acer pseudoplatanus) and norway maple (Acer platanoides) in vegetation tiers in the area of forest economic unit Loučná n/Desnou (natural forest area Hrubý Jeseník)

Abstract:

Obsah mé diplomové práce shrnuje dosavadní znalosti o růstových projevech javoru klene (Acer pseudoplatanus L.) a javoru mléče (Acer platanoides L.). V oblasti Loučné nad Desnou mapuje růstové projevy, základní stanovištní a dendrometrické charakteristiky v rozmezí 3. – 8. lesního vegetačního stupně. U javoru mléče ve spektru 3., 4. a 6. lesního vegetačního stupně. Na základě terénního průzkumu bylo vypracováno hodnocení zdravotního stavu a limitů výskytu zájmových dřevin na úrovni spektra zastoupených lesních vegetačních stupňů. Analýza dat poukazuje na široké zastoupení javoru klenu (Acer pseudoplatanus L.) v intervalu 3. – 8. LVS, přičemž produkčního a ekologického optima zmíněná dřevin dosahuje v rozmezí 4. – 6. LVS. Na stanovištích těchto LVS dosahuje nejvyšších výšek a objemové produkce. Zastoupení javoru mléče (Acer platanoides L.) bylo prokázáno ve 3., 4. a 6. LVS, nicméně je na zkoumaném území zastoupen minimálně, ve srovnání s prvním zájmovým druhem dřeviny. Z hlediska vlivu abiotický a biotických faktorů bylo zjištěno, že zkoumané druhy dřevin jsou těmito faktory ovlivňovány pouze sporadicky. Součástí práce je také návrh rámcové směrnice hospodaření pro živná stanoviště vyšších poloh a analýza cen na trhu se dřívím javoru klenu (Acer pseudoplatanus L.), na území Evropy.

Abstract:

The content of my thesis summarizes the existing knowledge about the growth manifestations of sycamore maple (Acer pseudoplatanus L.) and norway maple (Acer platanoides L.). In the area of Loučná nad Desnou, it maps growth manifestations, habitat and dendrometric characteristics in the range of the 3rd – 8th forest vegetation tiers. Norway maple in the spectrum of the 3rd, 4th and 6th forest vegetation tier. Based on the field survey, an assessment of the health condition and the limits of occurrence of trees of interest was prepared at the level of the spectrum of represented forest vegetation tiers. The analysis of the data shows a wide representation of sycamore maple (Acer pseudoplatanus L.) in the interval of 3rd – 8th FVT, there is production and ecological optimum of the mentioned tree species is in the range of 4th – 6th FVT. At the sites of these FVT reaches the highest heights and volume production. The representation of norway maple (Acer platanoides L.) was demonstrated in the 3rd, 4th and 6th FVT, but it is minimally represented in the examined area in compare with the first tree species. From the point of view of the influence of abiotic and biotic factors, it was found that the examined tree species are affected by these factors only sporadically. The thesis also includes a draft framework directive for management for nutrient habitats at higher altitudes and an analysis of prices on the market for sycamore maple (Acer pseudoplatanus L.) in Europe.
