Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zeměpanské správy v českých zemích v 17. století na pozadí vylíčení několika konkrétních sporů domažlických Chodů v boji za jejich práva v tomto období. Věnuje se charakteristice českého státu v počátcích absolutismu a obecnějšímu popisu soudnictví a soustavy soudů v tomto období. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the state administration in Czech countries in 17th century.It is shown in the background to several specific disputes of Domažlice Chod people in the fight for their rights in that period.
