Cílem této práce je zjistit dotazováním u vybraných hráčů a trenérů na různých úrovní, co všechno obsahuje rozcvičení před daným výkonem a jaká je jejich prevence před možným zraněním.

The aim of this work is to find out the questioning of selected players and coaches At different levels, everything includes the warm-up before a given performance and what it is Prevention of possible injuries.
