Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma Kompetence k učení a jejich rozvoj a na faktory, které mohou tento rozvoj ovlivňovat. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části věnuji pozornost klíčovým kompetencím, konkrétně pak kompetenci k učení, a to jak v rovině teoretické, tak i v rovině praktické. The diploma thesis focuses on the topic Learning skills and their development and on the factors, which may affect this development. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and an empirical part.
