Předmětem diplomové práce je elektronické doručování v civilním řízení. Práce se zaměřuje na vývoj doručování od roku 1918, na reformu doručování v souvislosti se zákonem č.7/2009 Sb. a č. 300/2008 Sb., stávající právní úpravu doručování. The subject of the thesis is electronic delivery in civil procedure. The diploma theses is focused on i) the development of delivery from 1918 to 2009, ii) a reform of delivery in connection with the Act No. 7/2009 Coll. and the Act No. 300/2008 Coll., iii) current legislation of delivery.
