Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje centrozomální biologii a její spojitosti s asymetrickým buněčným dělením. Centrozom se vždy jednou za buněčný cyklus duplikuje. To má za následek existenci dvou odlišných centrozomů v každé dělící se buňce. Již u několika buněčných typů se zjistila nenáhodná dědičnost jednotlivých centrozomů. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with centrosomal biology and its relation to asymmetric cell division. Centrosome is duplicated once per cell cycle. This results in the existence of two different centrosomes in each dividing cell. Several cell types have already been found to have a nonrandom inheritance of individual centrosomes.
