Deposition of thin protective films in surface barrier discharge
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá plazmatem a jeho využitím k úpravě povrchů se zaměřením na volnou povrchovou energii. Praktickým cílem je příprava hydrofilních povrchů s využitím plazmatu v povrchovém bariérovém výboji a zjištění závislosti dosažené hydrofility na některých podmínkách přípravy. Výsledky jsou vyhodnoceny výpočtem volné povrchové energie pomocí statického měření kontaktního úhlu.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with plasma and its use for surface treatment with focus on the surface free energy. The practical goal is preparation of hydrophilic surfaces using plasma in surface barrier discharge and determining dependence of achieved hydrophilicity on certain preparation conditions. The results are evaluated by calculating the surface free energy using static contact angle measurement.
