České školství v posledních letech čelí předčasnému odchodu učitelů z profese. Jako skupina nejvíce ohrožená předčasným odchodem byli identifikováni začínající učitelé. V této práci se věnuji právě jim a problémům, se kterými se setkávají, a způsobům, jakým se je snaží řešit. One of the biggest challenges for schools in the Czech Republic these past years has been the early dropout of teachers from their profession. The most vulnerable group being novice teachers. In this bachelor thesis I focus on novice teachers, the difficulties they face and possible solutions to those issues.
