Bakalářská práce se zabývá stárnoucí pracovní sílou v podniku, konkrétně zaměstnanci 50+. Teoretická část shrnuje důležitá fakta v této oblasti, členěna je do čtyř hlavních kapitol. Ta první slouží jako úvod do problematiky demografického stárnutí společnosti. Kapitola druhá se věnuje aktivnímu stárnutí, tedy způsobu začlenění starších osob do společnosti. This bachelor thesis deals with ageing workforce in the company, namely the workers 50+. The theoretical part summarizes all important facts in this area and it is divided into four main chapters.
