Tato práce je zaměřena na využití kapilární izotachoforézy s vodivostní detekcí pro analýzu látek majoritně zastoupených v močových kamenech. Cílem práce bylo najít vhodné analytické metody pro stanovení vybraných analytů (fosforečnan a jeho species, šťavelan, kyselina močová, Ca2+, Mg2+, NH4+, Na+ ionty). This work is focused on the use of capillary isotachophoresis with conductivity detection for the analysis of substances majority-represented in the urinary stones. The goal of the diploma thesis was to find suitable analytical methods for determination of selected analytes (phosphate and its species, oxalate, uric acid, Ca2+, Mg2+, NH4+, Na+ ions).
