Vyměřovací řízení u poplatníka na dani z příjmů fyzických osob

The assessment procedure for a taxpayer to tax personal income
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vyměřovacího řízení na dani z příjmů fyzických osob, která je řešena jak z pohledu teoretického, tak i z pohledu praxe. Cílem je poukázat na změny ve správě daní, které souvisí s přijetím nového daňového řádu. Srovnat dopady vyměřovacího řízení jak při spolupráci poplatníka se správcem daně, tak i bez jeho spolupráce.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the management assessment of tax on personal income, which is addressed both from a theoretical point of view and from the perspective of practice. The aim is to show changes in the administration of taxes, related to the adoption of the new tax code. Compare the effects of the assessment proceedings, both in cooperation with the tax payer, and without his cooperation.
