Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje prezentační a komunikační dovednosti manažera ve vybraném podniku. V teoretické části je popsán proces komunikace a potíže, ke kterým může při komunikaci docházet. Praktická část zkoumá úroveň dovedností manažerů v České pojišťovně. This bachelor thesis analyzes presentation and communication skills of manager in the selected company. A communication process and problems that may occur during communication are described in the theoretical part, while the practical part examines a skill level of the Czech Insurance Company managers.
