Abstract:

Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou stavu příjmové nerovnosti a jejími dopady anásledky na populaci ve zvolených státech Evropské Unie: Švédska, Francie a SpojenéhoKrálovství. Práce prochází příjmovou nerovnost z historické perpektivy od prvníchrelevantních dat k nýnějším hodnotám z posledních let. Práce taktéž srovnává důsledkynerovnosti v oblastech sociální mobility, vzdělávání a zdravotnictví ve všech zvolenýchstátech. Důraz byl kladen zejména na spolehlivé a relevantní zdroje dat, velká většinaaktuálních dat o příjmové nerovnosti pochází z databáze OECD a z evropských insitucí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis aim is to analyze the level of income inequality, its impacts, andconsequences for the population in three selected states of the European Union: Sweden,France and the United Kingdom. It goes through the historical perspective of incomeinequality since the very first data were taken till today’s state of income inequality. Italso compares what are the impacts of the income inequality on social mobility,education, and healthcare in all selected countries. Attention was paid to the relevance ofsources of data, the vast majority of data mapping the actual state of income inequalitywere from OECD and European Institutions.
