The Teaching Text for Professional Training of the Field of Study Arranger

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Výukový text pro odborný výcvik oboru vzdělání Aranžér“ podává ucelený souhrnný výukový text použitelný při odborném výcviku učebního oboru aranžér. V úvodu práce jsou s přihlédnutím k vypracovanému Školnímu vzdělávacímu programu pro učební obor Aranžér-propagační tvorba na Střední škole ve Strážnici rozebrány klíčové kompetence absolventů. Jsou popsány nejčastěji používané metody výuky v praktickém vyučování tohoto oboru. Dále navazuje popis hodnotícího systému, který je rozpracován do bodového systému a přiložených tabulek. Následující kapitoly se zabývají problematikou prostorového uspořádání výkladní skříně, koncepcí a zejména kompozičním řešením, s vysvětlením souměrného či nesouměrného aranžování, uspořádáním zboží a také stanovením tzv. zlatého řezu ve výkladovém prostoru. Je rozebráno i tvoření skupin zboží a kompoziční pravidla. Další kapitoly podrobně popisují zásady správného aranžování zboží podle jednotlivých sortimentních skupin zboží – potraviny, textil, drogerie, hračky, sportovní potřeby, obuv, papírenské zboží, sklo a porcelán. Jsou zdůrazněny specifické vlastnosti různých sortimentů zboží a z nich vyplývající správné aranžérské postupy. Text je často doplněn obrázky pomůcek nebo rovnou vhodnou ukázkou vystaveného zboží či realizované výkladní skříně. Na konci každé kapitoly zadaného sortimentu jsou připraveny kontrolní otázky, aby se žáci zamysleli nad probíraným tématem a uvědomili si jeho specifika. V poslední části práce je provedeno závěrečné zhodnocení. Vyplývá z něj, že bakalářská práce splnila svůj stanovený cíl a její používání v odborném výcviku bude přínosem pro vyučující i žáky daného oboru.

Abstract:

My Bachelor Thesis “ The Teaching Text for Professional Training of the Field of Study Arranger” shows a compact total teaching text used in a professional training of the field of study arranger. The Key competences of school leavers with the consideration of the School Education Programme for the field of study Arranger – promotional creation at High School in Strážnice are analysed at the beginning of the work. There are the most frequent methods of the teaching used in practical classes of this field of study described. The next thing is the description of the evaluating system which is worked up into the point system and enclosed tables. The following chapters are concerned with the problems of the spatial arrangement of a display window, the conception and mainly compositional solution, then with the arrangement of goods and with the explanation of so called golden cut in expository space. Making groups of goods and the compositional rules are also explained. The other chapters describe in a detail the principles of the right arranging of the goods according to a particular range of products – food, textile, chemist´s, toys, sports equipment, footwear, paper-making goods, glass and porcelain. Specific characteristics of various assortment of goods and so following the right arrangement methods are emphasized. The text is very often completed of the pictures of aids or directly of an appropriate demonstration of the exhibited goods or finished display window. There are test questions at the end of each chapter of assigned assortment of goods to make students have a think about the discussed theme and to make them aware of its specifics. In the last part of the work there is the final assessment. It shows that the Bachelor Thesis has fulfilled its aim and its usage in a professional training is going to contribute to teaching and learning this filed of study.
