Předmětem diplomové práce je zhodnocení rozvoje in-line bruslení a výstavby in-line stezek v Brně za poslední tři roky a nalezení možných zdrojů jejich financování. Samostatná kapitola se zabývá veřejnou podporou výstavby in-line stezek v ekonomických souvislostech. Práce také nahlíží na problematiku legislativního ukotvení pojmů a nástrojů podpory. Subject of this thesis is the assessment of in-line skating and in-line skate tracks development in Brno during last three years with a focus on finding possible ways of their financing.
